Axonics® kondigt aan dat een registratieverklaring wordt ingediend voor een eerste openbare aanbieding

IRVINE –(BUSINESS WIRE)– Axonics Modulation Technologies, Inc. (“Axonics”), een medisch-technologisch bedrijf dat zich toelegt op het ontwerp, de ontwikkeling en de commercialisering van innovatieve implanteerbare sacrale neuromodulatie (“SNM”) oplossingen voor de behandeling van overactieve blaas (“OAB”), fecale incontinentie (“FI”) en urineretentie (“UR”) , heeft vandaag aangekondigd dat het een S-1 registratieverklaring heeft ingediend bij de Amerikaanse Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) met betrekking tot een voorgestelde openbare aanbieding van zijn gewone aandelen.

Axonics heeft een aanvraag ingediend om haar gewone aandelen op de Nasdaq Global Market te noteren onder het symbool “AXNX”. Axonics® Announces Filing of Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

IRVINE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Axonics Modulation Technologies, Inc. (“Axonics”), a medical technology company focused on the design, development and commercialization of innovative implantable sacral neuromodulation (“SNM”) solutions for the treatment of overactive bladder (“OAB”), fecal incontinence (“FI”) and urinary retention (“UR”), announced today that it has filed an S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) relating to a proposed public offering of its common stock.

Axonics has applied to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “AXNX.” The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. All shares of common stock to be sold in the offering will be offered by Axonics.

BofA Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Wells Fargo Securities is acting as lead manager and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey is acting as co-manager for the proposed offering.

A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold nor may offers to buy be accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.
