Phlexglobal Acquires Specialist Software Development Company Net Solutions Europe
AMERSHAM, England and MALVERN, Pa.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Phlexglobal, pioneers and leaders in the provision of Trial Master File (TMF) technology and services for the global life sciences industry today announces the acquisition of Net Solutions Europe (NSE); an established technology company with a proven track record in delivering superior software solutions, based in the UK.
Phlexglobal has been working in partnership with NSE since 2010 on the development of PhlexEview; its market leading electronic TMF (eTMF) cloud based platform. The acquisition fortifies its position at the forefront of the provision of eTMF solutions and technology enabled services.
