LUXEMBURG–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Pacific Drilling S.A. heeft vandaag bekendgemaakt dat zijn Aankondiging van een Buitengewone Algemene Aandeelhoudersvergadering beschikbaar is op de website www.pacificdrilling.com, in de subsectie ‘Events & Presentations’ van de sectie ‘Investor Relations’. Daarnaast wordt de Aankondiging voorafgaand aan de Buitengewone Aandeelhoudersvergadering verspreid onder bezitters van gewone aandelen van Pacific Drilling die per 18 maart 2016 als zodanig stonden geregistreerd.
