Rockwell Automation keurt terugkoop 1 miljard dollar aan aandelen goed en stelt kwartaaldividend voor
MILWAUKEE–(BUSINESS WIRE)– De raad van bestuur van Rockwell Automation, Inc. heeft vandaag bekendgemaakt dat het de onderneming toestemming heeft gegeven voor de terugkoop van gewone aandelen van Rockwell Automation. Dit is een aanvulling op de toestemming die het bestuur op 4 juni 2014 gaf voor de terugkoop van gewone aandelen ter waarde 1 miljard dollar, waarvan op 5 april 2016 nog ongeveer 197 miljoen dollar resteert.
De raad van bestuur stelt een kwartaaldividend van 72,5 cent per gewoon aandeel voor, uit te betalen op 10 juni 2016 aan aandeelhouders die als zodanig staan geregistreerd aan het eind van de handelsdag op 16 mei 2016.
Rockwell Automation Approves $1 Billion for Common Stock Repurchase and Declares Quarterly Dividend on Common Stock
MILWAUKEE–(BUSINESS WIRE)– The Board of Directors of Rockwell Automation, Inc. (NYSE: ROK) today authorized the company to expend up to an additional $1 billion to repurchase shares of Rockwell Automation common stock. This is in addition to the authorization on June 4, 2014 to repurchase $1 billion worth of common stock, of which approximately $197 million was remaining as of April 5, 2016.
The Board also declared a quarterly dividend of 72.5 cents per share on its common stock, payable on June 10, 2016 to shareowners of record at the close of business on May 16, 2016.
