Telenor keurt eSBC’s van Patton goed voor trunking IPT MBN SIP
BERN, Zwitserland–(BUSINESS WIRE)– De Noorse multinationale telecomoperator Telenor heeft de zakelijke session border controllers (eSBC’s) van Patton, de SmartNode, goedgekeurd voor gebruik in combinatie met zijn trunkingdienst voor IPT MBN SIP.

With a Patton eSBC solution in place, ISDN customers can easily make the transition to next-generation SIP-to-SIP architecture with no further investment. Telenor’s SIP-trunk service is branded Internet Protocol Telephony Mobile Business Network (IPT MBN).
Telenor tested and approved the SmartNode 5530 (BRI) and SmartNode 5570 (PRI) eSBCs—running version 3.8.2 of Patton’s Trinity operating system—for seamless interoperability with version 11.0.158 of Telenor’s IPT MBN SIP-trunking service.
