NTT DATA koopt Nefos – een platina consultancypartner van Salesforce

LONDEN & ZÜRICH–(BUSINESS WIRE)— NTT DATA EMEA Ltd, een toonaangevende internationale IT-dienstverlener, en Nefos AG hebben vandaag bekendgemaakt dat ze definitief akkoord zijn over de overname van Nefos door NTT Data. Nefos is een toonaangevende consultancypartner van Salesforce met activiteiten in Duitsland, Oostenrijk en Zwitserland.

Nefos, dat zijn hoofdkantoor in Zürich heeft, is gespecialiseerd in op maat gemaakte Salesforce-systemen voor de Duitstalige markt. Het bedrijf levert deze producten via zijn kantoren in Duitsland, Oostenrijk en Zwitserland, maar ook via zijn centrum voor uitbestede ontwikkeling van clouds in Kroatië. NTT DATA to Acquire Nefos, a Salesforce Platinum Consulting Partner

 

LONDON & ZURICH–(BUSINESS WIRE)– NTT DATA EMEA Ltd, a leading global IT services provider, and Nefos AG announced today that they have entered into a definitive agreement for NTT DATA to acquire Nefos, one of the leading Salesforce consulting partners in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Headquartered in Zurich, Nefos specializes in delivering tailor-made Salesforce solutions to German-speaking markets via its offices in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, as well as through its near-shore cloud development centre in Croatia. Since it was established in 2007, Nefos has implemented over 500 Salesforce projects, across the manufacturing, automotive, telecommunications and service sectors.
