Nieuw contactcentrum vergroot klantenservice-centrum iQor in Bydgoszcz in Polen

BYDGOSZCZ, Polen–(BUSINESS WIRE)– iQor, wereldwijd provider van systemen voor klantinteractie en productsupport, heeft zijn nieuwe klantcontactcentrum in Bydgoszcz in Polen officieel geopend. Het centrum wordt het productsupportfaciliteit voor Centraal-Europa.

Het nieuwe centrum is gevestigd in een speciaal daartoe gebouwde ruimte op de tussenverdieping (15.400 vierkante meter) van een reeds bestaande vestiging voor productondersteuning, die daarmee de eerste hub voor geïntegreerde dienstverlening binnen de branche wordt.

 

New Co-located Contact Center Expands iQor’s Technical Customer Service Operations in Bydgoszcz, Poland

 

BYDGOSZCZ, Poland–(BUSINESS WIRE)– iQor, a global provider of customer interaction solutions and product support services, announced today that it has officially opened a customer contact center at its Central European product support facility in Bydgoszcz, Poland.

The new co-located center occupies a dedicated, newly built mezzanine level of the 15,400-square-meter facility above current product support operations creating the industry’s first integrated services hub.
