Netcracker wint Customer Engagement Innovation Award van FierceMarket

WALTHAM, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Netcracker Technology heeft vandaag bekendgemaakt dat zijn programma Omnichannel Customer Experience Management winnaar is van de  “Customer Engagement Award”, die deel uitmaakt van de door FierceMarkets uitgereikte Fierce Innovation Awards: Telecom Edition. Het bedrijf won deze prijs in het kader van de bredere categorie Business Transformation Management. Inzendingen werden beoordeeld op basis van het nut van het programma. Juryleden kregen daarbij niet de naam van het systeem te zien.

Omnichannel Customer Experience Management van Netcracker maakt gepersonaliseerde klantroutes via alle kanalen mogelijk, inclusief conventionele en digitale platforms. Daarmee helpt het programma dienstverleners bij klantenbinding en sales-activiteiten. Het systeem, met een focus op digitaal, richt zich op de integratie van nieuw digitale kanalen in bestaande ecosystemen.
