HELSINKI–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Qvantel benoemt Ove Anebygd tot de nieuwe ceo van het bedrijf. Qvantel is in het afgelopen jaar aanzienlijk gegroeid. Zo steeg de jaaromzet van 28 miljoen euro in 2015 naar 40 miljoen euro in 2016. Het bedrijf is ook in termen van personeel gegroeid, van 280 naar bijna vijfhonderd werknemers in één jaar. Qvantel verwacht in de komende jaren ook snel te groeien.
Ove Anebygd komt van Ericsson, waar hij in de afgelopen twintig jaar verschillende bestuursposities bekleedde. Zijn laatste functie was die van vicepresident en hoofd van de afdeling Area Digital Business Systems.

HELSINKI–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Qvantel appoints Ove Anebygd as the new CEO for the company. Qvantel has grown significantly in the last year, increasing its revenue from 28 million euro in 2015 to an estimated over 40 million euro in 2016. The company has also grown its headcount from 280 to almost 500 in one year. Qvantel anticipates rapid growth in the coming years, too. Ove Anebygd joins Qvantel from Ericsson, where he has held several executive positions in the last 20 years in the telecommunications sector. Most recently he has acted as the Vice President & Head of Product Area Digital Business Systems. “The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ove Anebygd as CEO. The change is effective in early 2017. He brings his strength and insight of the telecommunications business to our already skilled Management Team. For two decades, Ove has gathered valuable experience with our customer segment.
