SIA kondigt afronding van de overname aan van Unicredit voor activiteiten in Italië, Duitsland en Oostenrijk

MILAN–(BUSINESS WIRE) – SIA heeft vrijdag 23 december 2016 de overname van de verwerking van ongeveer 13,5 miljoen betaalkaarten en het beheer van 206.000 betaalautomaten en 12.000 geldpinautomaten in Italië, Duitsland en Oostenrijk van Unicredit bedrijf Integrated Solutions (UBIS), een bedrijf van de Unicredit Group, voltooid. Het gaat om een bedrag van 500 miljoen euro. De operatie behelst een tienjarig contract voor de levering van diensten voor de verwerking inzake transacties gemaakt met behulp van debet-, credit- en prepaid kaarten, en voor het beheer van geld- en pinautomaten, en gaat op 1 januri 2017 in.

SIA Announces Completion of the Acquisition from Unicredit of emoney Processing Activities in Italy, Germany and Austria

MILAN–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Friday 23 rd December 2016 saw the completion of the acquisition by SIA of the processing activities of around 13.5 million payment cards and themanagement of 206,000 POS terminals and 12,000 ATM terminals in Italy, Germany and Austria from Unicredit Business Integrated Solutions (UBIS), a company in the Unicredit Group, for the sum of €500 million.

The operation, effective from 1 st January 2017, also includes a ten-year outsourcing contract to SIA Group for the supply of processing services concerning transactions made using debit, credit and prepaid cards, and for the management of POS and ATM terminals.
