(“Xura”) announced the completion of the acquisition of Mitel Mobility, Inc. (“Mitel Mobile”), a division of Mitel Networks Corporation (“Mitel”, Nasdaq: MITL, TSX: MNW). This announcement follows the completion of Xura’s acquisition of Ranzure Networks, Inc.
