Preferente gedekte kredietfaciliteit van 175 miljoen euro voor euNetworks Holdings Limited
LONDEN–(BUSINESS WIRE)– ING Bank heeft als coördinator en belangrijkste mandated lead arranger samen met Barclays Bank, BNP Paribas Fortis, NIBC Bank, Royal Bank of Canada en SEB de gedekte, de preferente kredietfaciliteit voor euNetworks ter waarde van 175 miljoen euro met succes opgezet.
De transactie was een amendement op en aanpassing aan euNetworks’ reeds bestaande preferente gedekte kredietfaciliteit van 105 miljoen euro uit 2014. BNP Paribas Fortis, NIBC Bank en SEB traden als nieuwe kredietverstrekkers toe tot het syndicaat. De nieuwe faciliteiten zijn ver overschreven en de bijdragen van banken zijn naar beneden bijgesteld.

LONDON–(BUSINESS WIRE)– ING Bank in its role as Coordinator and Bookrunning Mandated Lead Arranger, together with Barclays Bank, BNP Paribas Fortis, NIBC Bank, Royal Bank of Canada and SEB (together the Mandated Lead Arrangers) have successfully closed the EUR 175m Senior Secured Credit Facilities for euNetworks. The transaction was an amendment and restatement of euNetworks’ existing EUR105m Senior Secured Credit Facilities from 2014. BNP Paribas Fortis, NIBC Bank and SEB joined in syndication as new lenders. With a significantly widened banking group, the new facilities were strongly oversubscribed and all banks were downscaled. The termination dates of both loans are 5 years from the Effective Date of 13 March 2017. Other terms of the transaction are undisclosed.
