Steve Powell joined SynteractHCR last month as CEO, from ERT, to further advance the CRO’s highly responsive service offerings for their innovative customers. In his 25-plus years in the biopharma industry, he has held several leadership roles at global CROs and has driven numerous improvements in clinical trial operations. He focuses on progressing healthcare opportunities for patients, however distant they are from the treatment room, and has a keen ability to engage people and encourage better use of data to improve study performance and patient safety.
With 24 years of experience working with contract research organization and investigational cooperative groups in drug development, Vice President of Strategic Development Etienne Drouet has extensive knowledge in organizational logistics and their impact on clinical trials. He brings a strong analytical approach to the data being generated, proactively identifying potential pitfalls, factors influencing the effective execution of trials, and lessons that can be learned. With a passion for unraveling and interpreting complex data into carefully crafted operational solutions, Drouet has led to many improvements in clinical trials.
