EVER Pharma neemt Amneal Deutschland GmbH over en breidt haar commerciële aanwezigheid in Europa uit
SALZBURG, Austria-(BUSINESS WIRE)- EVER Pharma Holding Ges.m.b.H (Oostenrijk) kondigde vandaag aan dat het de overname van Amneal Deutschland GmbH, een dochteronderneming van Amneal Pharmaceuticals die de commerciële activiteiten van het bedrijf in Duitsland uitvoert, heeft afgerond. Amneal Deutschland distribueert al verschillende EVER Pharma producten in Duitsland en is een sterk gepositioneerde speler op de Duitse ziekenhuismarkt. De overgenomen entiteit zal worden omgedoopt tot EVER Pharma GmbH.

EVER Pharma acquires Amneal Deutschland GmbH and extends its commercial presence in Europe
SALZBURG, Austria–(BUSINESS WIRE)– EVER Pharma Holding Ges.m.b.H (Austria) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Amneal Deutschland GmbH, a subsidiary of Amneal Pharmaceuticals that operates the company’s commercial operations in Germany. Amneal Deutschland already distributes several EVER Pharma products in Germany and is a strongly established player in the German hospital market. The acquired entity will be rebranded to EVER Pharma GmbH.
