Gilead Sciences Announces Fourth Quarter 2019 Dividend

FOSTER CITY, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Gilead Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: GILD) today announced that the company’s Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.63 per share of common stock for the fourth quarter of 2019. The dividend is payable on December 30, 2019, to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 13, 2019. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
