HOUSTON– (BUSINESS WIRE) – Als onderdeel van zijn wereldwijde groeistrategie heeft Ascend Performance Materials de overname van de Italiaanse bedrijven Poliblend en Esseti Plast afgerond. As part of the purchase, Ascend establishes its second production facility in Europe. The acquisition also includes Poliblend Deutschland, a distribution facility located in Germany.
