BIOGGIO, Zwitserland– (BUSINESS WIRE) – De KD Pharma Group heeft de productieactiva van de voormalige Rohner AG overgenomen. De activa geven KD Pharma toegang tot nieuwe complementaire technologieën die het bedrijf in staat zullen stellen zijn activiteiten op het gebied van farmaceutische contract manufacturing (“CDMO”) verder uit te breiden. Bovendien heeft KD Pharma zijn CDMO-team versterkt door een aantal sleutelpersoneel van het voormalige Rohner-team in dienst te nemen.

Acquisition expands KD Pharma’s CDMO capabilities
BIOGGIO, Switzerland–(BUSINESS WIRE)– The KD Pharma Group has acquired the manufacturing assets of the former Rohner AG. The assets give KD Pharma access to new complementary technologies that will allow the company to further expand its pharmaceutical contract manufacturing (“CDMO”) business. In addition, KD Pharma has strengthened its CDMO team by hiring several key personnel from the former Rohner team.
