Quentic-acquisitie door AMCS voltooid
LIMERICK, Ierland & BERLIJN–(BUSINESS WIRE)– De Duitse regelgevende instanties hebben de verkoop van Quentic GmbH aan AMCS Group goedgekeurd. De transactie is daarmee afgerond en Quentic zal vanaf juli 2022 onderdeel uitmaken van AMCS.
AMCS, de toonaangevende wereldwijde leverancier van geïntegreerde software en voertuigtechnologie voor de milieu-, nuts-, afval-, recycling- en hulpbronnensectoren, en Quentic, een van de meest toonaangevende leveranciers van oplossingen voor Software as a Service voor EHSQ- en ESG-beheer, kondigden de overname van Quentic aan door AMCS op 12 mei 2022. Nu de regelgeving de transactie heeft goedgekeurd, wordt de overname van de in Berlijn gevestigde softwareleverancier voor veiligheid, milieu-, duurzaamheids- en kwaliteitsbeheer op de werkplek van kracht op 30 juni 2022. “Met deze stap beginnen we een nieuw hoofdstuk in onze 15-jarige bedrijfsgeschiedenis,” verklaart Markus Becker, CEO van Quentic. “De samenwerking zal de groei van Quentic van de afgelopen jaren verder versterken. Quentic Acquisition by AMCS Completed
