AUSTIN, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)– DentalMonitoring SAS, de uitvinder van ‘s werelds eerste AI-gestuurde oplossing voor bewaking en analyse op afstand voor orthodontie, heeft vandaag aangekondigd dat het een rechtszaak wegens octrooi-inbreuk heeft aangespannen tegen Align Technology, Inc. – de makers van Invisalign ®. De rechtszaak is aanhangig in het noordelijke district van Californië.
In de rechtszaak beweert DentalMonitoring dat de Virtual Care AI-oplossing van Align Technology inbreuk maakt op de Amerikaanse patentnummers 10.755.409 van DentalMonitoring; 11.049.248; en 11.109.945.

DentalMonitoring Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit Asserting Three Patents Against Align Technology

The lawsuit is pending in the Northern District of California.
In the lawsuit, DentalMonitoring asserts that Align Technology’s Virtual Care AI solution infringes DentalMonitoring’s U.S. Patent Nos. 10,755,409; 11,049,248; and 11,109,945.
