Bod GE op SLM Solutions vervallen
EVENDALE, Ohio–(BUSINESS WIRE)– GE heeft vandaag bekendgemaakt dat niet aan de minimumvoorwaarde voor zijn bod op SLM Solutions in Duitsland is voldaan bij het verstrijken van de acceptatietermijn, die maandag 24 oktober afliep. Het bod is vervallen.
GE bracht een zeer aantrekkelijk bod uit van 38 euro per aandeel van SLM. Het bod was daarmee 38 procent hoger dan de prijs per SML-aandeel van 5 september, de dag voor GE een bod op SLM uitbracht.
