BOEKAREST, Romania–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Digi Communications N.V. maakt bekend een rapport met alle rechtshandelingen van DIGI Communications N.V. te hebben gepubliceerd, in overeenstemming met Roemeense wet no. 24/2017 en regeling no. 1/2006 van de Roemeense Commissie voor Waardepapieren (CNVM), alsmede een Gelimiteerd onafhankelijk betrouwbaarheidsrapport met informatie over in de actuele rapporten die het Bedrijf conform wet 24/2017 (artikel 82) en regulering no. 1/2006 heeft uitgegeven.
