Digi Communications N.V.: Bekendmaking convocatiedatum voor aandeelhouders m.b.t. goedkeuring van de jaarcijfers over 2017

Bijgewerkte financiële bedrijfsagenda voor 2018

BUCHAREST, Romania–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Het bedrijf wil zijn investeerders en de markt laten weten dat de Raad van Bestuur op woensdag 21 maart 2018 samenkomt met de aandeelhouders voor het afkaarten een goedkeuren van het financiële jaarrapport over 2017. Op dezelfde dag zal het rapport, samen met meerdere andere documenten, openbaar worden gemaakt, voorzien van de bevindingen van het auditteam.

Zoals voorzien in de statuten worden de stukken op 2 mei 2018 door de aandeelhouders herzien. Om die reden willen we u erop wijzen dat de financiële agenda voor het lopende jaar op Digi’s website is te vinden: www.digi-communications.ro (Investor Relations Section).

Update to the 2018 Company’s Financial Calendar

BUCHAREST, Romania–(BUSINESS WIRE)– The Company would like to inform its investors and the market that the Board of Directors anticipates that on Wednesday, 21 March 2018, it will convene the general shareholders meeting (the “GSM”) called to approve, among others, the 2017 Annual Report. On the same date, the Company will make public, among others, its 2017 Annual Report and the auditor’s report.

In accordance with the provisions of the articles of association of the Company, the GSM is scheduled to take place on 2 May 2018.

Therefore, we would like to inform you with respect to the update to the Company’s Financial Reporting Calendar for 2018, which is available on Digi’s website.
